Rules for Using Our Platform

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and h999 ("we", "us", "the platform"). By accessing or using h999 — whether through the website at h999.bz, the mobile app, or any associated service — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms in their entirety.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirements

3. Account Registration & Security

Each user is permitted to hold one account on h999. Creating multiple accounts — whether to claim multiple bonuses, circumvent a restriction, or for any other reason — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

3.1 Registration Requirements

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. You are responsible for keeping your account details current. h999 may request supporting documentation to verify your identity, address or payment method at any point.

3.2 Account Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Do not share your password with anyone, including friends or family members.

3.3 One Account Per Household

Only one active h999 account is permitted per household, per device, and per IP address in standard circumstances. If two users at the same address wish to use h999 separately, please contact support before registering to avoid either account being flagged for duplicate activity.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & PKR Payments

h999 operates in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) as its native currency. All transactions — including deposits, bets, winnings and withdrawals — are denominated in PKR. Supported payment methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and mobile wallets.

4.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction.
• JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits typically confirm within minutes. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank's processing schedule.
• You must only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where possible.

• h999 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may temporarily delay processing.
• Withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per day. VIP users on higher tiers benefit from increased withdrawal limits.

4.3 Currency & Conversion

h999 does not apply a currency conversion to your balance. What you deposit in PKR is what appears in your account in PKR. There is no spread or exchange rate applied on the h999 side of the transaction.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and gaming activity on h999 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product — sports betting, live casino, fish games and esports each operate under their own rule sets, which are accessible within the relevant section of the platform. The following general principles apply across all products.

5.1 Bet Placement

• Bets are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted by the system.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per event. These are displayed at the point of bet placement.
• h999 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any market at its discretion, including PSL and T20 international fixtures during peak periods.

5.2 Settlement

• Bets are settled based on the official result of the relevant event. For cricket, official results are determined by the governing body (PCB, ICC).
• In the event of an abandoned or postponed match, h999 will apply the void/settlement rules displayed within that market.
• Live in-play bets are settled on the state of play at the time the bet was confirmed, not at the time it was submitted.
• h999 reserves the right to void bets placed on obvious pricing errors.

5.3 Live Casino & Fish Games

Live casino games and fish games are governed by random number generators and live dealer procedures respectively. Results are final once the round concludes. Technical malfunctions that affect the outcome of a game will be investigated and resolved in accordance with the game provider's rules.

6. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

h999 offers bonuses, free bets, cashback and other promotional incentives to both new and existing users. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are communicated at the time the offer is made. The following general bonus rules apply.

• Bonuses are credited in PKR to your bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.

The h999 VIP programme rewards consistent activity across all platform sections. Points are earned on qualifying bets and stakes in sports betting, live casino, fish games and esports. Points accumulate to determine your tier level — Silver, Gold, Platinum or Diamond.

• VIP tier benefits include cashback on losses, higher withdrawal limits, exclusive promotions and priority customer support.
• Tier levels are reviewed on a rolling basis. Maintaining a tier requires continued qualifying activity within the review period.
• VIP points are non-transferable and have no cash value.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on h999. Engaging in any of these will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and potential reporting to relevant authorities.

• Fraud and collusion: Any attempt to defraud h999, collude with other users to manipulate outcomes, or exploit system errors for financial gain.
• Multiple accounts: Creating more than one account per person, household or device to circumvent restrictions or claim multiple bonuses.
• Third-party payments: Depositing funds using payment accounts not registered in your own name, or accepting deposits from third parties.
• Bonus abuse: Systematic exploitation of bonuses through low-risk hedging strategies, matched betting using bonus funds against your own real-money bets, or any pattern of behaviour designed to extract bonus value without genuine play.
• Arbitrage and market manipulation: Using h999 markets as part of an arbitrage strategy designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome across multiple platforms.
• Automated betting: Using bots, scripts or automated software to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Misrepresentation: Providing false information during registration or verification, or impersonating another person.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on h999 — including but not limited to the h999 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, odds data, game content and software — is the property of h999 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from any h999 content without prior written permission.

10. Privacy & Data

h999 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using h999, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Responsible Gaming

• Losses arising from platform downtime, technical errors or connection issues beyond h999's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your failure to secure your account credentials.

h999 makes reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible. h999's total liability to you in any given circumstance shall not exceed the PKR value of the disputed transaction.

13. Account Suspension & Termination

h999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion if it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The account holder has violated these Terms or any specific product rules.
• The account is being used for fraudulent, illegal or abusive activity.
• The account holder is under the age of 18.
• The account has been dormant for an extended period without any login or transaction activity.

If your account is closed by h999 for a terms violation, any bonus balance will be forfeited. Real-money PKR balances will be returned to you via your registered payment method after deduction of any amounts owed to h999, subject to completion of any required verification.

You may also voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting h999 support via live chat. Real-money balances will be returned after identity verification is complete.

14. Changes to These Terms

h999 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For material changes, we will also notify active users via in-app notification or email where we hold a valid address.
